The Congress Participants Fees in 2024 are the same as in 2023.
The fees below are valid until April 30th. Updated fees will be posted on May 1st.

Table Area

- Tables have access to power sockets, are 180 x 80 cm and are provided with four chairs. Standard Tables do not allow roll-up posters.
- The Agencies that have booked a Table will be published
- The space in the GOULD Area allows for more Tables and will extend any following interest

To book a Table at the CEPIC Congress, please register a delegate online and select a Table of your choice.
(If you have already registered and wish to book a Table, contact us and we will book a Table for you.)
Table fees are for three days, from 15 to 17 May 2024
- 390 € for CEPIC Members
- 490 € for CEPIC Non-Members
- 50 € for roll-ups (only allowed for Table Plus)
What is a Table Plus? If you wish to increase your company’s profile by placing a standing roll-up behind your table, you may purchase Table Plus for an additional fee of 50 Euros. (Companies booking a Table Plus have no obligation to set up a roll-up.)

Good to know
- Have your headshot ready. Right at the start of registration, you’ll be asked to upload your profile image (portrait style). Your profile image will be used to create your badge. Size: 100 x 130 px. Maximum size: 5MB. Optimal format: jpg, png, bmp.
- Registration fees include three full days of networking, lunch and coffee breaks, access to seminars and a CEPIC Welcome Reception.
- CEPIC members receive a reduction of 120 € for each registered delegate on the regular fee and 100 € for each booked Table. Both member discounts must be selected during registration.
- Wi-Fi is included in the registration fee
- Applicable VAT is 20%. In order to be able to recover it, you must indicate your VAT number during registration!
- Credit card payments are possible with Visa and Mastercard.
- Sponsorship packages may include free passes and one free Table in the Table Area and, in 2024, a Lounge Area.
